The Venue

The Townsville Civic Theatre is North Queensland's premier cultural facility owned and managed by Townsville City Council. This 960 seat versatile venue operates between intimate 360 person capacity mode, right up to the full auditorium, servicing nationally and internationally touring performing arts and civic celebrations.

Our Scope

Working closely with the architects and the venue technical and Council management teams, Setting Line provided operational advice regarding Universal Access requirements, modular staging, power flying, orchestra pit lift, safety systems, seating and other technical systems and equipment.
